✗ You entered the wrong Game ID / Zone ID and the top-up went through — diamonds and UC can't be taken back, so we can't refund. Check the player name the website shows before ordering.
✗ No refunds for a change of mind after delivery.
Refunds go back to the KBZPay / Wave account you paid from, within 24 hours.

Transfer the exact total shown. If the amount doesn't match, we'll contact you to sort it out.
Orders with fake or edited screenshots are rejected and the buyer is blocked.
